Local Honeymoon is an indie rock band from South Philadelphia. They play catchy, punk-tinged songs for fans of the Wonder Years and the Menzingers while dressing like boomer dads on vacation who are a little too excited to have dinner at Bahama Breeze.

Born out of late-night jam sessions and college house parties, Medium Rare is a four-piece indie rock band from Philadelphia, blending the raw energy of garage rock with melodic twists of modern indie. Longtime friends Konner Keith (vocals), Kevin Meyer (guitar), and Darian Ehya (bass) first connected over music in high school, but it wasn’t until their time at Drexel University that the band took shape. After hearing about drummer Karthik Boominathan through the grapevine, they quickly hit it off and started making noise in the local scene.
Taking cues from early 200s icons like The Strokes and Arctic Monkeys, and adding a dash of playful charm inspired by acts like A Great Big Pile of Leaves and Vundabar, the band’s sound is punchy, hooky, and heartfelt. Following a post-grad pause, they’re back in full swing–tigther, louder, and more in sync than ever.
