Det Cart Sid
A jazz-centered rock band based on themes of mental illness and the darker side of psychedelia. Fusing both intricacy and chaos, Det Cart Sid celebrates the marriage of noise and ambiance with musicianship and thoughtful songwriting for a cinematic experience

Grooblen

Part DEVO, part DIVA.

Channeling experimental psychedelic cabaret dreampunk into their amoebic performance alter-ego, Bay Area sonic hodgepodge Grooblen’s healing work braids themes that are reflective, surreal, pensive, and whimsical.

Grooblen is a band described by Psychedelic Scene as the “originators” of “psychedelic-cabaret-dream-pop-punk,”- continues to shine with the members’ individual talents: Drummer Nikita Daron and guitarist Spencer Lay spring out with intricate rhythms and melodies, joining the orchestral swell of Alejandro Lara-Agraz on bass, Eva Alejandra contributing vocals, and Ellie Stokes’ lead vocal and jangly rhythm guitars slashing through with equal parts power, grooves to make you wiggle, and delicate sadness.“Why are you in a band?” you ask – They don’t know why they’re in a band, I guess that they just like to play music with some people that they love, and it’s more than that BUT… Grooblen is releasing a brand new single ‘Am I Breaking Policy or Just Having Fun?’ in May and they’re hitting the road to celebrate!

Tea Eater
Tea Eater is a Brooklyn-based weirdo art punk band fronted by Tarra Thiessen. They create campy, cunty, wall-of-fuzz songs that double as spells to inspire new potential realities. Tea Eater features members of Gustaf and Sharkmuffin, and has been support for Thee Oh Sees, Death Valley Girls, LA Witch, The Bug Club & Sloppy Jane. They have completed East Coast and Midwest tours, 2 LA residencies, a set at Distorsion Psych Fest in Montreal, and have toured the UK/EU three times. Their sophomore LP ‘I Don’t Believe in Bad Luck’ was released March 28 2025 on a limited edition vinyl with a custom tarot deck.
