Crucial Device is a guitar and synth -driven band from Philly blending
upbeat industrialized rhythms, stark and quirky synth textures, dark thrash elements,
and mid-tempo heavy hitters. Urgent, aggressive vocals drive the band’s tongue-in-
cheek devotion to its self-created Synthpunk scene, presenting the music as both a
