DJ Paul of Three 6 Mafia with Kidd Kidd, DJ Sun, 4KMichael

DJ PaulAcademy Award winner. Reality TV champion. Platinum Plaque earner. With a resume like this, it would appear that there is very little DJ Paul, the co-founder of legendary Memphis rap group Three 6 Mafia, has left to accomplish in his illustrious career. Paul has collaborated with a plethora of A-List stars and emerging talent, including the likes of 2Chainz and Future, French Montana, Leikeli47, Lil Jon, ASAP Ferg, U.K. Grime artist Giggs and many more. Coming off of a five-times Platinum project with Drake’s Scorpion album in 2018, Paul continued a hot streak with a #1 Billboard appearance on Trippie Redd’s A Letter To You 4 project. His 2020 releases included collaborations with Yelawolf, Riff Raff, T-Pain, Oplus Seed of 6ix and more. In 2021, Paul collaborated once again with Yelawolf on the Slumafia album, bringing fans an exciting array of tracks. New collabs in 2022 include Young Buck, Krayzie Bone and more, as he is also enjoying success with his contributions to Eastern Europe’s bubbling Phonk Music scene.Kidd KiddKidd Kidd is a rap artist with a truly distinctive approach. Hailing from New Orleans, he came up with a sound that could be described as spontaneous and unique, often inspired by the greats of the old school, while also giving his flow a more modern spin. Kidd Kidd’s story is almost the quintessential “rags to riches” tale, as he was literally discovered while he was performing on the streets of New Orleans and eventually got signed by one of the biggest record labels in the rap gain: Young Money, founded by the iconic artist Lil Wayne. He later joined forces with his label mate, Gudda Gudda, to form “Squad Up.” The project lasted until 2004 when the group parted ways with the label. However, Kidd Kidd eventually rejoined the Young Money family back in 2008, working as a solo artist. He stayed on for a couple more years until he finally decided to move to the notorious G-Unit label, operated by 50 Cent. This was a massive move for him, which really allowed him to fine-tune his career path and reach an even broader audience. As he started to gain more experience and knowledge in the music industry, as well as build a much stronger following, Kidd Kidd decided that it was about time that he too started his own label. This led to him starting “Reallionaire Records,” also known as RLLNR Records.DJ SUNSUN is a Baltimore born DJ who has made a name for himself up and down the east coast and beyond. The incorporation of electro beats with hardcore, sometimes pornographic lyrics, is what makes ghetto-house highly distinguishable from its other techno cousins. https://www.instagram.com/djassault1/ Phreakwency Born in St. Louis, and raised in South Florida, Phreakwency seeks to offer East Coast clubs an authentic blend of midwest and southern sonics. Determined to strike a chord in the city, he made his debut across FM airwaves on WKDU Philadelphia 91.7 FM as the host of Dog Daze Radio, highlighting Black music and DJs from across the city leading to a residency at North Philadelphia record store, label, and streaming facility, Great Circles, hosting the show, Constructive Interference. Under the banner of the Bass Down Low party, he’s one of three DJs bringing Black electronic music to the forefront of the Philadelphia scene. One thing remains at the core of Phreakwency’s sound: bass, bass, and more bass. Blending the sounds of percussive trax from Chicago, hazy lo-fi crunk samples from Memphis, and the 808 bass culture of Miami, he crafts a sonic experience rooted in the spirit of Sankofa; taking elements from the past that are good and bringing them into the present to make progress in the future. Chiddy Bang ~ Nazeer Art’aud ~ Torito

**All shows 21+—valid ID required** Doors: 7:00 PM Show: 7:30 PMChiddy BangChidera Anamese, now known by his stage name Chiddy Bang, is an American rapper from Philadelphia, PA. Chiddy Bang’s original member makeup disbanded in 2012, when he and his partner released their first studio album, Breakfast. Since splitting from his producer, he has continued release music on his own. Baggage Claim, his second studio album, was released in 2015 and in 2022 he’ll be releasing his long awaited next project.Nazeer Art’audNazeer Art’aud is an independent artist from Philly who began rapping at the age of 12. His earliest vivid memory of falling in love with hip hop, is cruising through Philly in his Uncle June’s green hoopty listening to Gimme the Loot by The Notorious B.I.G. Alex Smith of WXPN described his style as “the epitome of the street stories and outre metaphors of late ‘80s to early ‘90’s hip hop, exhibiting a lyrical quality delivered in the cadence of peak Biggie Smalls but drunk watching Saturday morning cartoons.” Art’aud wants his music is to entertain audiences via dope storytelling, and in return, he just wants them to feel something while traveling on the musical journey that he takes them on. http://linktr.ee/nazeerartaudToritoWhether in his grungy basement studio or on the shoddy stage of a local watering hole, Torito provides a deluge of multisyllabic wit, absurdist imagery, personal musing, and societal reflection. It’s a bit like observing a psychotherapy session in which the shrink foregoes the typical elevator music/Yanni/nature sounds playlist in favor of a carefully curated beat set, and the patient attempts to keep a partial grasp of reality, voices all of his thoughts in complex internal rhyme schemes, and wears a leather bull mask. After self-producing his previous two albums, 2018’s “Fabric Scraps” and 2020’s “Meat Circus”, Torito collaborated with Philly producer Small Professor for 2022’s “Soiled”. https://toritorhymes.bandcamp.com/ https://instagram.com/toritorhymes https://twitter.com/toritorhymes

KNEECAP ~ Belaganas

**All shows 21+—valid ID required** Doors: 7:00 PM Show: 7:30 PM KNEECAPCondemned by politicians, beloved by fans, kicked out of their own gigs, and packing festival tents to overflow, Kneecap are a cultural phenomenon. Since they emerged from a squat in West Belfast (Ireland), Kneecap have created their own genre of Irish punk rap, melding the Irish and English language with electrifying energy, and spearheading a cultural revival. With shows and tracks that flip between satirical performance art and rampageous raves, meet Móglaí Bap, Mo Chara, and DJ Provaí. Crashing into the consciousness with the release of, C.E.A.R.T.A., a track and video inspired by a police chase while protesting for Irish language rights, they’ve proceeded to run rampage across small rooms and massive festivals in Ireland, the UK, and the US, leaving a bemused media and captivated followers in their wake. Heralded by the New York Times, the LA Times, Dazed, Vice, i-D, the Guardian, and others, Kneecap’s irreverent, complex, and potent lyrics speak to a time of political upheaval, youthful rebellion and discontent, and a renewed urge to party. Kneecap is a movement, one about upending preconceptions about language and place, and reimagining what rap can be as a creative and cultural force, rooted in community, craic, and defiance.Belaganashttps://belaganas.bandcamp.com/
