Across international stages and recordings, spellbinding performances take audiences through voidic visions. From their inception in 2009, the core root of Bestial Mouths has combined Cerezo’s voice with myriad genre influences across the spectrum of goth, industrial, post-punk, New Wave, noise, metal, and other underground sounds using live acoustic and electronic drums and analog synthesizers. With a history in fashion design and gender activism, Cerezo’s visual and social aesthetics are interwoven deeply into Bestial Mouth’s presentation, building outward into captivating theatrical live performances.https://bestialmouths.bandcamp.com/TRACE AMOUNTTrace Amount is the solo project of Brooklyn-based producer, vocalist, and visual artist, Brandon Gallagher. First conceived in 2019, Trace Amount took shape during the early stages of the pandemic, inspired by the grim realities of life in New York City at that time, and has evolved at a lightning pace ever since. The sound is a harsh strain of industrial music, evoking apocalyptic dread through primal rhythms, layers of synth and noise, and Gallagher’s distorted moans and screams. Decibel Magazine has hailed Trace Amount as a “one-man sonic demolition unit”; CVLT Nation has termed it, an “experimental industrial onslaught”; Post-Punk.com has warned, “Trace Amount is not for the faint of heart.”https://traceamountnyc.bandcamp.com/DJ: HOODED LEADERShttps://youtu.be/sUATkj9M188

Howlin Rain ~ Jeffrey Alexander and the Heavy Lidders

**All events 21+ – valid ID required for entry**Doors: 7 PMShow: 7:30 PMHOWLIN’ RAINOver nearly 20 years, Howlin Rain may have become the quintessential independent American rock ’n roll band: a steam-spitting Hydra of cranked guitars, kicking asphalt dust through a kaleidoscoping travelogue of desert motels and dives, volleying forth transmissions of sci-fi poetry from the blacktop veins of this cracked and aching country. Now, in America 2021, capping this strangest and sorest of times, the band returns with The Dharma Wheel, a six-track, 52-minute dive into a joyous fantasy realm of exaggerated present. “I wanted The Dharma Wheel to be a portal from our everyday world, the one from which you stand on hard ground and hold the album in your hands and peer into the artwork, and into another universe,” says songwriter, guitarist and vocalist, Ethan Miller. “You enter into that universe with your eyes and ears and mind and take a ride through free-form meditation on these ideas — from big, fundamental concepts about our existence right down to the grease that rolls down the arm of a pulp novel killer as he eats a gas station hot dog in an old Dodge in an alleyway.” Lyrically, Miller has completed his evolution into a mushroom-plucking Whitman of the West, singing outlandish tales in a topographic blend of Humbead’s Revised Map of the World and an inverted U.S. where downtrodden bodhisattvas roam the back streets and moonless country roads.JEFFREY ALEXANDER AND THE HEAVY LIDDERSFounding member of The Iditarod in 1996, Black Forest/Black Sea in 2003 and Dire Wolves in 2008. Joined JOMF in 2013. Started The Heavy Lidders in 2019. Former label owner of Magic Eye Singles and Secret Eye Records. Also toured with and featured on recordings by Kemialliset Ystävät, Avarus, Es, Fursaxa, Christina Carter, Gravenhurst, Jeffrey Alexander-Andrea Belfi-Stefano Pilia Trio. https://jeffreyalexander.bandcamp.com/album/jeffrey-alexander-and-the-heavy-lidders
Panchiko ~ Computerwife

PANCHIKOOn July 21st, 2016, a user on 4chan’s /mu/ board posted a photo of a CD they’d found at a record store in Nottingham, UK: a rough-worn demo titled D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L, purportedly released in 2000 by four musicians: Owain, Andy, Shaun, and John. The listener uploaded the ripped audio – the recordings sounded like they were plagued with disc rot – to file-sharing sites, and later YouTube, where they began circulating among internet music circles. The record’s sensationalist appeal was multifold. Was this an honest- to-God ’90s curio? A prank hatched by internet-savvy teens? An internet experiment in nostalgia, in the spirit of vapourwave? Nobody knew. So the Panchiko hive mobilised, gathering on subreddits and discord servers, examining every square inch of the packaging for potential clues, and even calling the Nottingham record store where D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L had allegedly sprung up in the first place.“I woke up one day,” recounts Owain, “and ping – there’s a message on a defunct Facebook page of mine, ‘Hello, you’ll probably never read this, but are you the lead singer of Panchiko?’” The query took Owain by shock; to his and Andy’s knowledge, D>E>A>T>H>M>E>T>A>L had never been uploaded to the internet. The Panchiko fandom finally made contact the following day, when they received their reply from Owain, a simple “Yeah.” At last, the world had confirmation: not only were Panchiko not 14-year-old kids, they were the real deal, right down to the disk rot.https://panchiko.bandcamp.com/album/d-e-a-t-h-m-e-t-a-lCOMPUTERWIFEBorn and raised in Atlanta, Adeline Warncke released Computerwife’s self-titled EP in 2020 after her first two years settling into New York City. Now 22-years-old, Warncke is finishing her degree at NYU’s Clive Davis Institute of Recorded Music–-the open door that allowed her to make the move. Warncke started Computerwife at 18-years-old as a Soundcloud experiment in self-produced music, yet in the course of a somewhat short and seminal period of time she’s become a welcomed presence in the New York City scene. A little chaotic, a little silly, and always very sensitive, Computerwife absorbs the city as it affects memories of home and spits it back out onto her songs and productions about her experiences with change. In the past two years, Computerwife has performed across New York City at communal venues like The Living Gallery, Hart Bar, Nublu, and Chaos Computer. Starting out performing solo with just an sp404, bass, mic, and computer was incredibly nerve racking for Warncke who always grew up playing in and following bands, but she was called to grow her art even in circumstances that required a little bit more creative- self-sufficient walkarounds. Now Addie transfers that set-up to a band setting with Dalton Salisbury (synth, guitar) and John Supnick (drums). She performs songs from the earliest Soundcloud days to songs written and produced a day before walking into the venue, both of which are to be on Computerwife’s upcoming album, her first release on Los Angeles-based indie label Danger Collective Records.https://addiewarncke.bandcamp.com/
