Drunks with Guns ~ THE ART GRAY NOIZZ QUINTET ~ Kilynn Lunsford

**All shows 21+—valid ID required**Doors: 7 PMShow: 7:30 PMDrunks With GunsSt. Louis’ least favorite punk rockers get together to do some shows, have some drinks, and sell some swag – after 30+ years of jerking off.Drunks with Guns began in 1984, in the Missouri city at the junction of two great rivers, the Mississippi and the Missouri, first settled by French fur traders in 1769. A random, intricate network of ancient caves, formed from the erosion of underground limestone deposits, snake beneath the city. Aided by ice harvested from the rivers in the winter, their greatly reduced temperatures gave early brewers a cool place to store their wares long before refrigeration.Fast forward to 2022: mouth Michael Doskocil, guitarist John Zeps, bassist Naptown Tex, and drummer Weasel Walter, will be playing a few select dates in support of the release of the band’s first three recording sessions. Titled Fucked Up On Beer & Drugs, all fifteen tracks (four previously unreleased) have been gloriously remastered by Weasel himself, and will be available in one place, for the first time ever and in their entirety. An EP of new recordings is in the works, along with the release of a six song set from 1986. Recorded live at the band’s Hellhouse, it was recently found at the bottom of a closet and has been meticulously remastered by radioactive chimps for you dining and dancing pleasure.THE ART GRAY NOIZZ QUINTETSpearheaded by twisted Australian guitar legend STU SPASM of LUBRICATED GOAT, CRUNT, and THE BEASTS OF BOURBON, THE ART GRAY NOIZZ QUINTET were originally formed for an afterparty celebrating the New York City premiere of AMPHETAMINE REPTILE documentary THE COLOR OF NOISE.”It was obvious I must assemble a supergroup of the finest noise rockers New York City had to offer . . .” says Spasm. First choice was basher extraordinaire “BLOODY” RICH HUTCHINS, veteran of such explosive musical exports as LIVE SKULL, OF CABBAGES AND KINGS and RUIN. Next, SKELETON BOY of WOMAN was recruited. “Who, just as LEADBELLY was the King Of The Twelve-String Guitar, is himself The King Of The Two-String Bass.” Then came the twang, with the addition of suave slinger ANDREA SICCO of TWIN GUNS. “When our guitars merge, it forms a most piquant aural melange.” In a nod to the latter half of his birth name, STU SPASM now became ART GRAY, and an entirely new mess was born.THE ART GRAY NOIZZ QUINTET have recently been witnessed onstage opening for kindred spirits such as THE SCIENTISTS and MUDHONEY, and 2019 saw them survive a successful tour of the West Coast. Catching the eye of No Wave Queen LYDIA LUNCH led to teaming up for a collaborative musical effort, and sharing a few stages including bookending the pandemic, with one of the last shows of 2020 NYC before lockdown hit, and a triumphant return to the boards in July 2021.https://www.artgraynoizzquintet.com/ Kilynn Lunsford

Mamalarky ~ Hooky ~ Snoozer

**All shows 21+—valid ID required**Doors: 7:00 PMShow: 7:30 PMMamalarky:~}} “Mamalarky’s tenderly tangled indie rock has the internal logic of ridiculous jokes shared between band members after spending weeks on the road together. In 2020, the young Atlanta-based quartet had more than enough time in each other’s company to develop an idiosyncratic musical language. The sum of friendships and collaborations dating back to their teenage years, the band’s debut album (Fire Talk 2020) melds flashy instrumental moves with head-sticking hooks and lovesick lyrics welcoming anyone into their private world. While Mamalarky are ostensibly an indie-pop group, they stand out from the laid-back melancholy moods of contemporaries with complex instrumental interplay that inspires lean-forward listening.” – Jesse Locke for Pitchforkhttps://www.mamalarky.com/ Hookyhttps://hoooky.bandcamp.com/SnoozerFormed by brothers Mike and Tom Keddy in 2007, Snoozer was a staple in the Philly house show scene for many years until their unceremonious demise in 2015. In 2021 the Brothers Keddy reformed Snoozer and have since released a new EP and a record on Julia’s War Recs. Instagram | Spotify | Bandcamp
The Silver ~ Honey ~ Quiet Man

**All shows 21+—valid ID required**Doors: 7:00 PMShow: 7:30 PMThe Silver Featuring Matt and Jamie Knox from renowned death dealers Horrendous, Enrique Sagarnaga of acclaimed Philly doom squad Crypt Sermon, and Nick Duchemin, The Silver sounds almost nothing like the members’ other bands—and that’s completely on purpose. The Silver’s debut, Ward of Roses, is an album that deals in blast beats as much as romanticism, Ward of Roses progresses through movements that draw from black metal, goth rock, and other bleak expressions. Matt Knox’s soaring clean vocals mingle with cathartic guitars while vocalist Nick Duchemin howls over strident blast passages—often in the same song.Listen HereHoneyCrossover Thrash Metal from South Philly. She is joined by Dave Power on drums, Skyler Nowiski on bass, and Adelyn Strei on guitar, synth and harmony. Their 2018 debut EP “Old Light” draws comparisons to a synth-pop version of Frankie Cosmo with raw lyrics. 2021 Ep “bed” is both a dream-like and hazy musing on quarantine as well as a heartbreaking attempt to cope with grief. In a departure from James’ first full band EP “Old Light”, this new release is a stripped down solo voyage. Hilary is joined by Addie Strei (Adelyn Rose) on clarinet, flute, and bass to create beautiful textures to balance out the loneliness of the electric guitar. Layto ~ That Weird Kid ~ ARIEX!

**All shows 21+—valid ID required**Doors: 7:00 PMShow: 7:30 PMLaytoLayto [aka Paul Catalano] was born and raised in Boston. Being the youngest of five, in the midst of family turmoil and dysfunction, music became an escape. Growing up, Layto was exposed to many different types of music through his parents and even taught himself to play the piano. Gradually, he grew a deep appreciation for melody, and with an already established passion for writing, it was a natural progression. After dropping out of college one credit shy of his degree in English, the focus shifted to his music. In 2018, Layto independently released his debut EP ‘Low Boy’ featuring single “Little Poor Me” which quickly gained traction from Sirius XM’s ALT Nation & now has over 50 million streams worldwide. Now with over 150 million catalog streams, Layto will be moving forward with Position Music Group as a label partner after inking a deal in June 2022. Layto has an intensity about his style, delivery and blending of alt rock, pop, and hip/hop elements. His music has given a voice to the millions who suffer from anxiety and depression.“When we get into the studio to cut a record, I’m always hyperaware of not trying to create something I could picture another artist singing. I want every track to feel like a Layto song, and with every release we continue to define what that means.”https://open.spotify.com/artist/0MqXw0plXKIaJtM342hIag?si=vf0G3I94S6umQ9fbayMWCQ That Weird KidBorn and raised in the Philadelphia area, that weird kid explores identity and escapism by blending sounds of punk, house, and electronic rock. all music platform links : https://ffm.bio/xrdzrmb Instagram : @fuckingsean Twitter: @duckingsean TikTok: @thatweirdkid.seanARIEX!
