Tim Budder
There is a small town on the edge of the Allegheny Mountains, once a diamond in the mining industry. The family moved there when the old man was handed his 35-year stint in 1982. Little Tim came out 9 months after he walked into that prison. On winding drives home from the visits, Tim would stretch out in the back of the station wagon and stare up at the night sky.
