c.zynski is a new ambient/instrumental project from the Philadelphia-based artist. Employing a mixture of synth and live strings, brass and woodwind instruments, his latest EP, “Sharashka,” alternates from light to dark ambient genres.
Exploring the concept of memory loss through repetition, his latest EP,”Sharashka,” slowly unveils undulating swells of dark-synth textures lurking beneath rich orchestral instrumentation along side flittering, ozone-filled strings and piano, giving rise to a contemplative yet stirring listening experience that ranges from the macabre to revelatory.
